An important component of the network is the capability to limit access to
certain data sets and information for a period of time or to those that
are not available to all network consumers. In cases where data and information
are considered sensitive, and may be available only to specific and limited audiences,
the IABIN architecture will facilitate secured access to that data by only those
approved by the owners and maintainers of the data. All IABIN servers will maintain
proper security updates, patches, backups, and policies to insure that the IABIN
network is fully functional. |
